Join us for our October Eagles Real Estate Club!

Established in 2021, the Eagles Real Estate Club hosts quarterly meetings to connect ESD alumni and parents working in the real estate industry. Hosted by Emma Cabrales ‘18, Trey Scardino ’16, Stephen Swann ’93 P’24,’27,’29, and Libby Laughlin Wood ‘15, the goal of the club is to bring together the ESD community for networking and future business opportunities.

Join the club for their October networking breakfast on Thursday, October 22, from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. in the North Dining Room in the Daryl Johnston Family Dining Commons at ESD. The club is pleased to feature Haynes Strader P’39,’41, Chief Development Officer at Skybox Datacenters, as its keynote speaker. He will present on data center development.

At Skybox Datacenters, Haynes leads strategic growth and cultivates lasting relationships with clients and capital partners across the industry. He brings over eleven years of experience in the data center sector, both in the U.S. and internationally. Haynes has represented tenants, buyers, and sellers in more than 200 data center transactions totaling over $3.5 billion in value. Before joining Skybox, Haynes served as Vice President at CBRE Data Center Solutions. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves on the SMU Dedman College Executive Board, the 21st Century Council, and the SMU Folsom Institute Board.
