What are the Spring Swing Tournaments?
Annually, the ESD Alumni Association and Booster Club host a golf, tennis, and pickleball tournament. All revenue from the tournaments directly benefits the Mary Elizabeth Williams Endowed Scholarship Fund for children of ESD alumni and the Booster Club Tuition Assistance Fund.
Who can play in the tournaments?
All ESD alumni, current parents, alumni parents, and faculty/staff are invited to play in the tournaments. We also welcome “friends of ESD”, or guests, to play in the tournaments as well. Please note that for the golf tournament, each foursome must be comprised of at least one person who is directly affiliated with ESD as an alum, current/alumni parent, or faculty/staff member.
When and where is the golf tournament?
The golf tournament will be hosted at Trinity Forest Golf Club on Monday, May 5.

11:00 a.m. - Registration opens & lunch is served
1:00 p.m. - Shotgun start
6:00 p.m. - Awards reception, cocktails, & hors d’oeuvres
When and where are the tennis and pickleball tournaments?
The tennis and pickleball tournaments will be hosted at the Harrison Family Tennis Center at ESD on Friday, May 9.

5:30 p.m. - Registration opens
6:00 p.m. - Tennis & pickleball tournaments begin
7:30 p.m. - Awards reception, cocktails, & hors d’oeuvres
Does it cost to play in the tournaments?
Yes; the player fee for the golf tournament is $275/person. The player fee for the tennis & pickleball tournaments is $150/person.
Is there a deadline to register?
Please register by Thursday, May 1! Registration for the golf tournament fills up quickly every year, so register as soon as possible to secure your spot!
I want to register for the golf tournament, but do not have my team confirmed. Can I still register?
Yes! If you are still finalizing your fousome, let us know by entering “TBD” when prompted on the registration form.
Please email Asia Hawkins ‘13, Director of Alumni, with the names of the players on your team once confirmed.
If you would like to play as a “single” golfer, you can register as well! We will assign you to a foursome with an open spot.
