2026 ESD Alumni Weekend & Class Reunions
Is there a cost to attend the Alumni Weekend events?
All on-campus events hosted by the ESD Alumni Association are free to attend.
While ESD provides a budget for each class reunion, some classes may choose to charge a small fee to help cover total expenses for their specific off-campus gatherings. Please refer to the registration form for your specific reunion year for more detailed information and pricing.
When and where will class reunions be hosted?
Class reunion parties for the 1s and 6s (1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021) will be hosted immediately following the Cocktails on Campus Reception on Saturday, April 25. Times for each reunion vary.
Will there be food and drinks at the Alumni Weekend events?
Yes! We have you covered throughout the weekend. Breakfast will be provided for the Distinguished Alumni Award Breakfast on Friday, April 24. On Saturday, April 25, there will be heavy appetizers and an open bar for attendees 21+ during the Cocktails on Campus Reception.
Can I bring additional members of my family to the Alumni Weekend events?
Yes! We welcome your family to all of our on-campus events. Please note that Saturday evening off-campus reunion parties are typically limited to you and one guest.
Can I attend the Alumni Weekend events if it is not my reunion year?
Yes! All of our Alumni Weekend events are open to all alumni to attend.
Where is the Alumni Community Service Project being held, and can my family join?
Our service project will be held at Feed My Starving Children in Richardson, TX (1680 N Glenville Dr #300, Richardson, TX 75081). We have 22 spots available for alumni to volunteer, so be sure to sign up quickly! Alumni and their families are welcome to attend, provided children are age 5 or older.
What should I wear to the Alumni Weekend events?
The suggested attire for our weekend events is smart casual. For our Community Service Project on Saturday morning, casual activewear or jeans paired with sneakers or closed-toed shoes are most appropriate.
Will the annual golf and tennis tournaments be hosted this year?
Yes! We look forward to seeing you on the course and the courts. The Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, April 20, at Trinity Forest Golf Club. The Tennis Tournament will be held on Thursday, April 23, at Brook Hollow Golf Club.
