I would like to make an one time gift or pledge to The ESD Fund. What steps should I follow?
To Make A Donation:
- On the giving page, click One Time Gift and enter your desired amount.
- Click Complete Contact Information and fill in your name and email.
- Use the dropdowns to indicate if you are faculty/staff and your division.
- Select the area you’d like to support from the dropdown menu.
- Click Continue to Payment, then choose your online payment method from the dropdown menu.
- If selecting a pledge - you will be asked to select a date you will pay and what date you want to be reminded.
- Finally, click Donate Now.
I would like to utilize the multi-payroll deduction option. What steps should I follow?
To Make A Donation:
- Click Payroll Deduction - 20 Pay Periods and enter your desired total donation amount. (Minimum pledge amount to utilize this option is $100)
- Click Complete Contact Information and fill in your name and email.
- Use the dropdowns to indicate if you are faculty/staff and your division.
- Select the area you’d like to support from the dropdown menu.
- Click Continue to Payment, then choose Pledge from the dropdown menu.
- You will be asked to set a date to pay your pledge - please select Friday, October 3, 2025.
- Click Donate Now to complete your contribution.
I'd like to make a single payroll deduction. What steps should I follow?
To Make A Donation:
- Click Payroll Deduction - One Time and enter your desired total donation amount. (Minimum pledge amount to utilize this option is $100)
- Click Complete Contact Information and fill in your name and email.
- Use the dropdowns to indicate if you are faculty/staff and your division.
- Select the area you’d like to support from the dropdown menu.
- Click Continue to Payment, then choose Pledge from the dropdown menu.
- You will be asked to set a date to pay your pledge - please select Friday, October 3, 2025.
- Click Donate Now to complete your contribution.
What date will payroll deductions start and for how long?
Payroll deductions for multi and one-time gifts will start on Friday, October 3, 2025 which is a pay period and for multi the last deduction will finish on June 26, 2026, the last pay period of the fiscal year.
What is the minimum total donation required for monthly payroll deductions?
The minimum pledge or gift amount to utilize this option is $100.
What are the amounts taken out if I choose to give $100 or more?
Minimum pledge amount to utilize this option is $100.
$100 = $5.00 X 20 PAY PERIODS
$200 = $10.00 X 20 PAY PERIODS
$250 = $12.50 X 20 PAY PERIODS
$500 = $25.00 X 20 PAY PERIODS
